The food was excellent, meat super tender. Soups very tasty. We can only recommend it. Praise to the kitchen has not eaten so well for a long time.

We were put off by the many bad reviews. But then we came to eat and loved it. Delicious schnitzel and a great steak. Even with red wine sauce on request, which is not on the menu.

I've never eaten so bad in a restaurant in my life. Sand in the lettuce! Otherwise poor quality. Everyone was looking at each other like: What is this? People who criticized were bullied. Tip: Don't go there, even when the rest of the restaurants are closed. Better eat bread.

Very bad service you have to wait a long time at 7:30 PM and only get food at 9:30 PM you say something about it, you have to understand and if you say let it eat but then they think you have to pay half because it is already in the pan the awning is just closed while the whole terrace is full when the light starts to rain and people bless it, everyone should go inside and even the locals did not think it was normal and thought the service was worthless food is nothing special, they will never see us again

Don't get started! Initially we wanted to eat with the Italian, but because of the crowds there, we moved to Restaurant Brückenschänke, where at that time about two tables were occupied. Due to the corona epidemic, we had to wait outside for further instructions. We did that properly, but because it was about 34 degrees at that time, we walked in after about ten minutes to take a look. That turned out not to be a good idea. We were shouted out by, as it turned out, the owner of the restaurant: "Get out!" Once outside we received a sermon that we should have waited outside and that we could not read. Everything in a blunt, disrespectful way. Perhaps this lady had become overheated, but if you are being bullied like that, then of course you don't have to count on any kind of clientele. Eventually we ended up at the Italian, where we had a delicious meal. Recommended! And Brückenschänke? Just don't.

salad with chicken 3 euros more expensive than elsewhere, but they save a lot on the ingredients. the smallest serving to date. Crutons pre-bought, chicken cooked without taste.salad tasted of water. In addition, some fruit dressing, which can only be tasted if we ask for extra dressing. here we will not come again.

The restaurant is not particularly beautiful, but it has a nice terrace. The building is old and dilapidated and it was fairly cheap to buy (furniture, cutlery, etc.). The musty wait staff was neglected and there was a lot of smoking at neighboring tables. Last but not least, only checking card payment was possible and rubbish was spread out on the terrace. The food was satisfactory after a long wait. We will be back.

We travelled here as part of our 5vday cycle journey. This was one if the very few restaurants in the town and was one of the only ones with availability. That should have been the clue. We had two steaks which were some of the toughest and overcooked I've ever had. My wife ordered a turkey dish with mango. Sounded great but was horrible and the sauce could only be described as toffee / caramel. The lovely waitress obviously realised and apologised for the food. However, we were still charged 67 euros for 4 (one of the steaks) and as typical Brits in a foreign country we paid and left. In London I have not doubt that we'd have sent the food back and refused to pay. I've posted this as a warning....However the carpaccio was lovely
